Clothing Refund And Exchange Policy
All clothing items are made to order and therefore are non-returnable unless there is a defect.
If you purchase any clothing item that is deemed defective, then those items will be replaced with an identical items in the exact same size. No exceptions will be made.
For clothing items, please check the item prior to washing it as we do not accept returned shirts that have been laundered.

Damaged Or Faulty Items
If an item is faulty (see definition below), wrongly described, or different from the sample shown, we will take corrective action, which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product and a pre-paid return shipping label for the incorrect item.
*Damaged or faulty items include unraveled seams and/or holes that are present before being washed.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement or exchanged product to reach you may vary.
